Overview

Our candidate engagement process consists of the following activities:

• Needs Assessment—Perform a needs assessment of the open position.
• Position Specification—Prepare a written position specification outlining the responsibilities and qualifications of the position.
• Target List Creation—Create a target list of companies likely to employ potential candidates.
• Name Generation—Create a list of prospective candidates.
• Candidate Development—Identify and gauge interest of qualified individuals.
• Candidate Assessment—Obtain resumes from interested candidates and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Candidate Slate Presentation—Prepares and presents information on final candidates.
