Candidate Slate Presentation

Tangent Ventures prepares information on final candidates including the resume or background, written assessments explaining critical moments in candidate's career tracks, career motivations and key personality traits. Presentation includes:

  • Resume – The resume is an important document to decode and decifer. It's important to insure this information is accurate and interpreted.
  • Formal assessment – Even if we just conduct a phone screen, we should document our results. We summarize our evaluation of the candidates critical traits. (e.g., motivation, ability, team skills, cultural fit, trend of growth) using a formal assessment template.
  • Notes – In two paragraphs we clearly defend why to considera prospect a strong potential candidate. Through detailed examples of accomplishments we explain how the candidate would perform at your company.
  • Summary of the candidate's two best job-related accomplishments – We interview the candidate and summarize the candidate's two most relevant accomplishments into a one page document (two paragraphs for each accomplishment).
